This is the second email iv had regarding how my order went…actually still haven’t received it. We ordered last week with an expected 2-3 day delivery but still nothing 7 days later. Tried calling numerous times but just an automated response saying email so have twice but had no replies, even filled I. The online contact form but had nothing. boxes where ok tags where to short to properly hold the flat pack boxes together when made up ,and the worst thing being a private caterer ordered 25 that was on the packaging but have 25 clients and there are only 24 . I emailed hello@foreverparty.co.uk and left a phone message to ask LUX PACK to send me the missing one or what ever as job is tomorrow the 17th June 25 at 6.30 pm to redeem the unfortunate mistake and have had no reply by phone or email except to as how good there service is ... what do they think ? what shall i tell my client when one person does not get their picnic box ? I liked the fact the product was made from eco-friendly material and tailor-made for my home-baked birthday brownies which I sent in the post to my friend. It would have been useful to have more secure packaging or slots inside through as l had to provide my own bubble wrap and greaseproof paper to separate the brownie layers
